The PLIDA A2.3 course is the final step in the A2 level and is designed for students who have completed A2.2 or its equivalent. This course prepares learners to confidently use Italian in a variety of everyday situations, such as making arrangements, discussing daily activities, giving basic opinions, and handling common social interactions. Emphasis is placed on refining grammar, expanding vocabulary, and improving conversational fluency. By the end of A2.3, students will be ready to transition smoothly to the B1 level.

Following the PLIDA (Progetto Lingua Italiana Dante Alighieri) certification guidelines, the A2.1 level focuses on expanding vocabulary, improving sentence structure, and increasing confidence in everyday communication. Topics include describing past experiences, expressing preferences, making simple plans, and interacting in social or travel situations. This course is intended for students who have completed A2.1 and are working toward full mastery of the A2 level, in line with the PLIDA (Progetto Lingua Italiana Dante Alighieri) certification. At this stage, learners will deepen their ability to communicate in everyday situations, such as making suggestions, giving opinions, handling basic transactions, and discussing familiar topics. The course emphasizes more accurate use of grammar, richer vocabulary, and improved fluency in speaking and writing.

This course completes level A2 of language proficiency and continues to emphasize the improvement of oral comprehension, writing, reading and oral communication. The course covers various aspects of communication and interaction in Italian, such as discussing the future, expressing intentions and desires, writing job applications, making assumptions and conditions, discussing work and working conditions, storytelling, expressing curiosity and disappointment, describing situations, expressing needs and desires, presenting arguments, and making comparisons. In addition to language skills, the course also focuses on Italian culture.
